“Peaceful slice of nature.”

There was nothing we didn’t like we loved our stay. It was everything we were looking for.

Loved the whole nature bush like setting with modern comfort, so peaceful waking up to the tuis, cool refreshing breeze and very private very homey family feel to it.

“Lovely place, great hosts, local to great stuff!”

The bed was amazing, caravans are seriously cute. The facilities (including hot showers, toilets, communal kitchen and living area, BBQ) are all great. The accommodation is walking distance to Onetangi Beach, Casita Miro and more. The hosts and staff are all lovely. And on top of all that, the whole accommodation is eco-friendly! The hostess was very friendly and helpful in suggestions of what and where to go on the island.

“A mini-break that felt like a long one – we’ll be back!”

Adorable setup and space to stay which is walking distance (metres!) from Obsidian winery. Obsidian unfortunately doesn’t do food but you can continue walking through the vineyard to Casita Miro where the food is AMAZING. The caravan setup at WaiKnot was private, clean, very tasteful, and included a mini fridge and tea/coffee/water/lounge setup. The common areas were wonderfully done and perfectly kiwianaesque – felt like home! We’ll definitely be back.

“Exceptional”

My stay was peaceful and restorative – just what I needed! Listening to the birds and sitting outside enjoying a cup of tea while reading a book was the perfect way to wrap up my holiday. The staff was always kind and helpful. I stayed in one of the caravans. The rooms/caravans and the shared facilities (bathroom and showers) were impeccably clean. I really loved Wai–Knot and highly recommend it!
