These terms and conditions, which we may be amended from time to time, apply to all our bookings and services:

Cancellation Policy

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival
• The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price 1 month before arrival

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check in time is from 2pm-3pm
• Late/early check-ins by arrangement only
• Check out time is 10.00am
• Late check-outs by arrangement only

House Rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Not suitable for pets
• No parties or events
• No capacity for extra beds in the room
